HART MODEM LOCAL LINK THROUGH A SERIAL PORT

• To use such a modem in local mode, just connect the RS232 connector ( or other serial connector ) of the terminal directly to the serial connector of the interface.
• The modem always communicates with the HART compliant transducer through a 4-20 mA current loop.
